CRM system for a visa consultancy

Internes Web-Tool, in dem die Mitarbeiter Kunden und bearbeitete Dokumente erfassen. Die Leitung sieht eine Gehaltsübersicht, die sich automatisch aus den erledigten Aufträgen berechnet. Läuft mit Docker unter eigener Domain und zusätzlich als Telegram Mini App. Vor der Übergabe habe ich das System selbst auf Schwachstellen geprüft – 33 Endpunkte, CSRF, SQL-Injection, Rate-Limits, Berechtigungen – und fünf schwerwiegende Lücken behoben, jede mit einem Test abgesichert.

An internal web tool where staff record clients and processed documents. Management sees a salary overview calculated automatically from completed work. Runs in Docker under its own domain and also as a Telegram Mini App. Before handover I tested the system for vulnerabilities myself – 33 endpoints, CSRF, SQL injection, rate limits, permissions – and fixed five high-severity findings, each locked in with a test.

Lebenslauf-Bot für eine Vermittlungsagentur

CV bot for a placement agency

Der Bot führt mit Bewerbern ein Interview auf Usbekisch und erstellt aus den Antworten über die Claude API einen deutschen Lebenslauf als PDF. Ein Manager prüft das Ergebnis, bevor es an den Bewerber geht.

The bot interviews candidates in Uzbek and uses the Claude API to turn their answers into a German CV as a PDF. A manager reviews the result before it goes to the candidate.

Lernplattform für Medizinstudierende: Kurse, ein KI-Patient, dessen Zustand sich je nach Antwort verbessert oder verschlechtert, und ein KI-Assistent fürs Lernen. Sicherheitsregeln werden im Code erzwungen: Die KI darf erst analysieren, nachdem der Student seine eigene Befundung eingetragen hat, Patientendaten werden gefiltert, jede Entscheidung landet im Audit-Log.

A learning platform for medical students: courses, an AI patient whose condition improves or worsens depending on the answers, and an AI study assistant. Safety rules are enforced in code: the AI may only analyse after the student has recorded their own reading, patient identifiers are filtered, and every decision goes into an audit log.

PDF assistant with RAG

PDF, DOCX oder TXT hochladen, Fragen stellen, Antworten mit Quellenangabe aus dem Dokument bekommen. Der Text wird in Abschnitte zerlegt, als Vektoren in Qdrant gespeichert und bei jeder Frage passend wieder herausgesucht (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT, ask questions, get answers with source references from the document. The text is split into chunks, stored as vectors in Qdrant and retrieved for each question (retrieval-augmented generation).

Drei Anwendungen auf einer API: Online-Shop mit Katalog, Warenkorb und Kundenkonto; Admin-Bereich mit Kasse (POS), Lager, Wareneingang, Retouren, Lieferanten, Statistiken und Audit-Log; Backend mit JWT-Login, Rollen, Barcode-Erstellung und Excel-Export. An der Kasse wird per Barcode-Scanner verkauft und der Bestand passt sich automatisch an.

Three apps on one API: an online shop with catalogue, cart and customer account; an admin area with point of sale, stock, goods receipt, returns, suppliers, analytics and an audit log; a backend with JWT login, roles, barcode generation and Excel export. At the till, items are sold with a barcode scanner and stock updates automatically.

Einseitige Web-Visitenkarte mit QR-Code, Kontakt-Download als vCard, Teilen-Funktion und Dunkelmodus. Alle Daten kommen aus einer Konfigurationsdatei, so lässt sich die Karte in einer Minute für eine andere Person anpassen.

A one-page web business card with QR code, contact download as vCard, share function and dark mode. All data comes from one config file, so the card can be adapted for someone else in a minute.
